  • Oats: 30 gram
  • Two scoops of isolate chocolate whey protein
  • Peanut butter: 1 tbsp.
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Sliced banana: 1/2
  • One walnut
  • Five almonds


  • Take a medium saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. Stir it to blend perfectly. Place the mixture on a low flame and then cook it for 3-4 minutes for desired consistency. Add one or two tablespoons of Maples Syrup for additional Sweetness if desired ( not included in nutritional information ).
  • Serve this oatmeal with sliced banana and peanut butter.
  • Make two 1-cup servings.
