Can I order for one month?
If you would like to purchase once to try us out, you can indefinitely choose a one-time purchase.
Does Phemfuel develop its gummies, vitamins, and powders?
Yes! Our supply chain team includes several vitamin industry veterans who have worked for years to develop effective and safe formulations, sourcing ingredients from the parts of the world where there are cultivated best.
My Dietary needs are special; how can I find out which product is right for me?
We categorize our products as Vegan, Non-GMO, Fat-Free, All-Natural, No Artificial Flavors, No Artificial Colors. You will find icons for these dietary needs on our product pages.
Is it safe to take all of your supplements together? Are there interactions?
All of the products we have on our website are safe to be taken together; they don’t negatively interact. That being said, everyone’s body is unique and responds differently to supplements and powders! We Highly Encourage you to consult your doctor about interactions if you are taking any prescription medications.
Are your products vegetarian/vegan friendly?
Most of our supplements are vegetarian/vegan but make sure to check! If you click on any of our products and scroll down the page, a section on the page shows the ingredients and any dietary categories it falls under.
How should I store the vitamins?
Our vitamins come in a different form. Please store them at room temperature away from any direct heat sources.
How to change the email address on my account?
Yes, you can! Just not on the website. Email us at email@example.com, and we’ll take care of that for you!
Is it okay to have My billing and shipping address different?
Fine! We don’t need your billing address to verify your payment info :)
Orders and Payments
Does PhemFuel bill on the same day each month?
Because our subscription is based on a 30-day renewal cycle, your payment will be charged every 30 days. Each month you’ll get an email two days before your next order will be finalized and set so that you won’t be charged without a heads-up!
When will I be billed?
A few days before your next month’s subscription is due to ship, you will get a heads up email that your order is shipping soon. At that point, you will have two more days to make further changes. Then your card will be charged, and your order will ship a couple of days later!
How to change my order information?
We’re so excited for you to try our products! In case you want to change your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Immediately.We cannot change your order if it’s already on its way to the fulfilment centre. We do so to ensure that packages are sent out quickly to all of our Phemfuel families. Thank you so much for your understanding!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover! We do have an option to pay via PayPal.

How do I manage my subscriptions?
By clicking on the manage subscriptions option under account details. You can do everything Adjusting your frequency, change the shipping address, skip or pause an order, updating payment details, and more!If there’s something you need help with and can’t find, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com, and we’ll be happy to assist!
How to Track My Order?
We send a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. We do provide and tracking number and link to track your order.
When will my order ship?
Due to the current pandemic situation in mind and to make the shipment more secured, fulfilment times are delayed by up to 3-5 Days.
How long to get my order?
Once shipped, USA shipments can take 3-7 days, & worldwide shipments will take up to 15-20 business days.

Does Phemfuel ship to P.O. boxes Address?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship Worldwide! If you don’t see your location listed on our checkout page, please contact us at email@example.com.
My tracking hasn’t updated, what’s happening?
So sorry about this! Carriers and tracking can be tricky sometimes. Tracking information often takes up to 72 hours to update once an order has been shipped. If you found that your tracking number hasn’t been updated for over 72 hours, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can take a look!
My order status is “Delivered,” but I never received it. What happened?
Uh oh! It sounds like your order encountered some shipping issues. There are some cases when orders take a day or two longer than planned to arrive or are marked delivered but don’t show up until the next day. Carrier issues can be tricky, so if the order still hasn’t arrived two days after it was estimated to be or marked delivered, please email us at email@example.com to help you out!
How do I remove my credit card?
Suppose you have paused your subscription and would like to remove your credit card info, no worries! Email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our agents will be happy to remove your card from our billing platform. Please note that if you purchased products with a PayPal account, we could not delete the card, and you will need to contact PayPal.
How do I use promo codes? Where do I apply my promo code?
When placing your first order, there’s an area for you to apply your promo code right on the checkout page!
Does Phemfuel allow more than one promo code?
Sadly no, promo codes are limited to one per person and are only for first-time orders.
